Bumrah and Iyer to return back from Asia Cup

Jaspreet Bumrah and Shreyas Iyer are one of the popular and known cricketers of the Indian National Cricket Team. They have been part of the Playing XI of the Indian team in many matches and they both played an important role for the team as well whenever they played the game.
But, Currently the worries of Injury is going around both the star players of the Indian Cricket team. Bumrah has been one of the best fast bowler for the Indian Cricket team as well as he was No. 1 ODI as well as Test Bowler according to ICC rankings while he was in good form, but now Injury scares are around him and he has been injured since the 2020 test series against Australia where Indian team has won the Historical Gabba win over the Australian test team on their land.
Shreyas Iyer has been also around the Injury since he played the last test match against the Australian Cricket Team. Then he was about to be the part of IPL as the captain of Kolkata based franchise Kolkata Knight Riders. KKR has missed him a lot as with the skipper, he has been one of the important batter for the KKR as well. He has the back injury for which he went New Zealand for the surgery as well as check ups.
They both the star players of the Indian Cricket team are eying to do a comeback in the Indian team in the upcoming Asia Cup 2023 which will be jointly hosted by the two nations Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Pakistan will host some matches
and Sri Lanka will host matches of India and Pakistan and also of some other teams as well.
Both of them are currently undergoing rehab at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru, having recently gone through successful surgeries. Should their rehabilitation go according to plans, they could feature in the competition that will run from 31 August to 17 September
