It is beneficial for your body and mind, but it also makes you kinder to yourself emotionally. Setting limits, rejecting what does not benefit us, and giving ourselves first priority all become possible when we value ourselves. A higher opinion of oneself and more regard for oneself may result. Taking care of oneself is not a luxury but a need. If we don't take care of ourselves, we won't be able to help anyone else. When we take care of ourselves first, we can provide our best efforts everywhere we go. We are able to focus better and get more done.
